Sara S Knox MSN APRN FNP-C Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder
Sara is the CEO & Founder of Knox Family Healthcare. She is originally from Alma GA but resides in Waycross with her husband Elijah. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from South GA State College 1995, Associates of Science in Pre-Allied Health from South GA State College in 1996, BSN from Valdosta State University 1997, MSN from University of Phoenix 2004, and Post-Master Certification with a concentration on Family Nurse Practitioner from South University 2016. She is a member of
The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing which is the second-largest nursing organization in the world with approximately 135,000 active members. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioner which is also the certifying board for her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. She was an RN for 21 years serving several diverse populations prior to obtaining her APRN and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2016. Elijah Knox Jr -Chief Operating Officer/Co-Founder
Elijah brings a wealth of knowledge with him. He is the second-in-command and is responsible for the daily operation of the company. He has a strong background with being operations manager of a trucking company. He many diverse certification that are essential to our organization. He has been Sara's spouse since 1986.
